If one looks at the different products that are made for  bar and restaurant businesses you would think that space behind the bar or in the audio visual room is plentiful. When these establishments are laid out and before construction begins you can count on numerous factors that become an issue later that were not taken into consideration beforehand. Acoustics (for live entertainment), proper  ventilation and extra room behind the bars for expansion such as an automatic glass washer. It seems all of these things are dismissed in the design stage in the interest of efficiency.

With the falling cost of satellite receivers the trend now is to place a separate receiver on each TV set. This eliminates cabling as well as the large rack in the back room. The Wavrydr Wave generators are placed on each individual TV or satellite receiver, as seen in the photos to the left, are barely visible and out of the way. They turn on/off with the TV. The charging stations are the size of a toaster and can easily be placed behind the bar. Installation takes 1-2 hours and requires no additional wiring or outlets. The electricity needed is about $0.30 /month.

The personal receivers are very small and do not intrude on table or bar space when in use. Patrons love them and ask for them when they return (with ear piece in hand).
